Legal & Financial 100 is a one-stop shop legal and financial portal allowing clients to find the right commercial solicitors or financial advisers for their business and associated personal requirements such as trust and tax advice. Our commercial solicitor members specialise in property law, company law, employment law, intellectual property law, contract law and can deal with contracts, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, buying and selling businesses, outsourcing, terms and conditions, disputes, employment issues, employee bonus schemes. Contracts surrounding the expolitation of intellectual property rights such as licensing agreements or distribution agreements. Our financial members can advise on accountancy, tax, raising finance and protecting your wealth.

Legal & Financial 100 was formed in 2008 and aims to give clients true choices when it comes to finding the right advisers. 

We are not a legal practice or financial services provider and do not provide advice.

We are not a directory of legal and financial firms instead we have invited selected individual lawyers and financial specialists to join as Members.

We do not decide which adviser Clients should use we merely give clients choices and once informed they decide which advisers to use.

Legal & Financial 100 Limited complies with Rule 9 of the 2007 Solicitors Code of Conduct regarding referrals published by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and any solicitor to whom we refer you is an independent professional, from whom you will receive impartial and confidential advice. You are free to choose another Solicitor. In the event that you instruct a solicitor, Legal & Financial 100 may be paid a referral fee of up to 20% of the amount of the bill, per accepted enquiry, but this will not be added to your bill.
