No. We make no charge to potential clients for using our matching service. Unlike other websites we make no charge to users of our website.

Our legal membership include solicitors who deal with all aspects of business law including corporate law relating to buying and selling businesses, shareholder agreements, investment agreements, company formations, articles of association, joint ventures, commercial law including any commercial contracts, supply agreements, terms and conditions, outsourcing agreements, exploitation of intellectual property law, property law, employment law, litigation, insolvency and corporate recovery, IT law and licensing law.

Our financial membership includes wealth managers, IFAs, accountants, corporate finance, tax specialists, insolvency specialists, pension specialists, stock brokers, mortgage advisers and bankers.

We have Leeds Solicitors and other solicitors throughout the Yorkshire and Humber region

Your enquiry can be sent to any number of our advisers at once ensuring you will receive a response from the right specialists.

No. We are not a law firm regulated by the SRA or financial firm regulated by the FSA. We merely match client requirements to our Members who specialise in that practice area.

We have designed our service to be as simple as possible. Just type in your request and nature of your problem and we will ensure it goes to the right Member. For example a request may involve services which need to be provided by our legal and financial members in which case we will send your enquiry to multiple members.

Once you have selected which adviser you wish to use they will contact you and agree any charges. We are not involved in charging clients and your relationship will be between you and your chosen adviser.

Legal & Financial 100 Limited complies with Rule 9 of the 2007 Solicitors Code of Conduct regarding referrals published by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and any solicitor to whom we refer you is an independent professional, from whom you will receive impartial and confidential advice. You are free to choose another Solicitor. In the event that you instruct a solicitor, Legal & Financial 100 may be paid a referral fee of up to 20% of the amount of the bill, per accepted enquiry, but this will not be added to your bill.

All our Members have been invited to join Legal & Financial 100 because they are specialists. They have been selected following recommendation, peer review, reputation, research and the number of years they have specialised in their chosen field of expertise.

Depending on a Member's profession they are all regulated and registered with various regulatory and representative bodies.

Not necessarily. Where your enquiry requires specialist knowledge such as intellectual property or some other specialism we may only provide one member to provide advice.
